Natalie Sayers, Marketing Officer
Natalie started her career with Fleetwood Motor Homes as a Sales Coordinator. She is grateful to have had an opportunity to work with an incredible sales force who worked with her on Analyzing Business and Opportunities, Product Training, Computer Skills, and Managing Business. Upon two years with Fleetwood, Natalie accepted an opportunity to have a Sales Territory of her own at Lifetouch National School Studios. After winning Rookie of the Year, she was quickly promoted to Sales Manager. Natalie enjoyed combining her degree in Education with her Sales Skills by working with School Administrators, Staff, and Children all over Indiana. She grew her Market Share from 13% to 53% in three years. She then had an opportunity to go back to Fleetwood and couldn’t wait to get back on board: this time as an Account Manager in Indiana, Illinois and Ohio. Natalie knew this could potentially be a big break in her career and with the support of a phenomenal manager, supportive colleagues, and amazing clients, it was. Eventually Natalie decided she did not want to travel among three states regularly. This is when she made the move to Medical Sales with Bausch & Lomb. At Bausch & Lomb, Natalie was a Platinum Club and Gold Club winner. She also won several Sales Excellence Awards. After six years at Bausch & Lomb, Natalie was blessed to have the opportunity to stay home with her two boys: Luke and Liam; she considers this the most serious and challenging job in the world.
Natalie believes she’s been successful for two reasons: 1) She is relentless: “If I’m not your first choice, I want to be your second!” is one of her favorite mottos. 2) She truly cares about her clients and their businesses. “It’s not worth it unless everybody wins.” Natalie is excited to be a part of Pettit and Company and looks forward to meeting and working with its clients.
